The Age of Adaline premiered at cinemas April 19, 2015. It’s a creative movie about Adaline Marie Bowman acted by Blake Lively who continues to age after a lighting strike at the neighbourhood of Sanoma at the age of 30. A defibrillator is used by hospital nurses as part of the story. Lush countryside and nature scenery is visible through the movie with Anthony Ingruber as the character actor of the 30 year old William.
At her parents 40th anniversary her spouse at the time Ellis Jones’ father William (acted by Harrison Ford) recognises her from six decades ago. There is creative visual and selective focus with shallow depth of field cinematography with the film. Interesting the actress Blake Lively was born almost the same age as photographer Matt Leane, 25th August 1987 only 4 days apart in age. Michiel Huisman as Ellis Jones has a similar appearance to Jesus throughout the film, seen as a Christian actor among Harrison.
The runtime of the movie is 113 minutes, most quality films last for about 120 minutes. It premiered in New York city during April, 2015 and was cinematically released Internationally the next month. Video production of the Age of Adaline took place in Vancouver from March 5 to May 5, 2014. Overall I would score the movie about 8/10 with creative moments and quality cast acting and would recommend for the new generation of cinema audience.
